After an extensive RFQ process, SMC has been chosen as the construction management company for Project Burnham. SMC has worked on 12 Illinois public library remodeling projects and received glowing reviews.
They will soon begin working with Engberg Anderson Architects and library leadership to finish the design. We are hoping to break ground in early February.
